Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because many of our items are curated and personalized, custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
